This is a small look into why I love what I do. Ive been given the opportunity to change peoples lives and I wouldn't change it for the world.
Terra J. - "Before I worked with Dallas I had totally given up and was so frustrated with what to do with myself. I was trying to eat clean and work out, but I was just not getting the results I wanted! Deciding to email her was on of the best decisions I have ever made (literally)!! During her twelve week process not only did I see myself physically changing, but my mentality with food and life turned a 180. This is what separates her apart from a lot of other trainers. She cares just as much as where you are mentally as she does physically, if not more! She was there with me every step of the way. She answered a billion questions and concerns with different options so I always had a choice as to what works best for my lifestyle.Every time I was frustrated she was there to help me whether it was at 11 at night or 8 in the morning. She was always available and I always felt comfortable with coming to her with any questions! Her work outs kick my BUTT! I have been doing them for 12 weeks and I still get sore. Plus, I have found out how fun it is to work out. I have always been a sucker for sweets, so knowing that I was put on a plan that allowed me to eat some here or there was great. Iifym has changed my entire way with my thought process and relationship with food and I love it! This experience has been challenging and hard at times, but it was on of the best/positive experiences that I have ever had! Dallas is an amazing coach and I feel so blessed to have been able to work with her!"
Ellana G. - "I reached out to Dallas online for physical rehab and strength training as part of my recovery process - I had been in a car accident that resulted in the left side of my upper body being compromised in terms of range of motion and strength. She was very thorough in her intake and asked in depth questions to uncover every gritty detail she needed to help create a plan customized to fit my needs and my level of physical ability throughout the time I trained with her. I hit a bump in the road in my recovery (outside of my rehab/training with her), and she was very understanding and empathetic when I told her my rehab had to be put on hold. She even gave me the option to continue my program with her at a later date, which I am so looking forward to. She is very attentive and was always proactive in reaching out to me to determine how I was feeling with the program/my progress, and she was quick to congratulate successes and address areas of my program needing revision whenever I identified one (e.g. if I was unable to perform one type of action, she would always offer a substitution). Given my circumstances and my ongoing physical therapy in my hometown, I was weary about doing rehab online, thinking that I may not get the attention or support I needed. However, I took the plunge as I felt Dallas had thorough knowledge of rehabbing upper body injuries, and I am extremely happy I did."
Tina T. - "Dallas has truly changed my life. Before I started my 12-week nutrition/fitness program with Dallas, I knew very little about proper nutrition and didn’t bother learning. Dallas made it so so easy for me to adjust my eating habits in a way that is sustainable for the rest of my life! Taylor B. - "I was introduced to Dallas Rae through Instagram. I had purchased many fitness/food meal plans that would help me seek results for a short time, but leave me feeling unsupported, confused and hating the whole process of low carb meals. I would find myself falling back into the battle with my secret binge eating disorder, and feeling discouraged. I saw many people posting about IIFYM, as well as Dallas Rae. I read Dallas' testimony on her binge eating disorder and I messaged her just to ask questions on her iffym plans with suffering with BED. She was so supportive in wanting to help me. Making this connection with Dallas was worth it! She set up my custom macro plan and was very detailed with all of it, from the types of macro foods to the timing of your macros based around your workouts! Despite her trials she's faced, she still has taken the time to even help me if I slipped up on my plan, felt discouraged, or confused about any of my macros. I can still eat healthy, and also enjoy comfort foods in moderation with the custom macro plan Dallas has set for me. I see better results with my body and feel more in control about my relationship with food!"
Shannon J. - "I really enjoyed the workouts. Loved the challenge of different types of sets it did push me out of my standard type of 3 sets 10 rep workouts. I found them to be a bit long especially adding the cardio in considering I am working out at 530am with limited time to get home eat and get ready for the day. Mainly found it hard to be consistent with my cardio. I enjoyed doing iifym and helped me get over the mental aspect of restrictive eating which always leads to binge eating for me."
Kristi A. - "My time working with Dallas was great!! I learned a lot about learning to time my meals and eat better portions to help keep me from being hungry constantly while cutting down. She was always timely with responses to any questions I had, even while she was sick. She helped to get me remotivated at a time where I was deployed and everything seemed to be going wrong. I made a lot of progress over 2 12 week periods. And I look forward to working with Dallas again in the future!!"
Daniella S. - "I honestly think Dallas has hands down been the best coach/trainer I've ever had. She helped me so much in trying to figure out my plateau stage I have been going through. I wasn't dropping the weight but I was definitely noticing it in my clothes because now my clothes don't fit the same. She was so patient with me and helped me understand everything and trying to switch things up to figure out what was wrong cause I've been in this plateau for years now no other trainer I've had stuck with me for so long without just completely dropping my macros and just not caring to help me get through my plateau. I really loved her weekly check ins, and her always being so efficient and responding so quickly."
Lauren K. - "At first, I was really hesitant to try out IIFYM/ flexible dieting but I had admired the results I saw others getting from such programs for such a long time. I couldn't maintain the weight loss from clean eating diet programs on my own and wasn't gaining much muscle definition from my workouts. I found Dallas through Instagram. Her positive attitude, confidence, determination to achieve her own goals, and phenomenal results were super inspiring. I finally reached out to her to start a 12-week Coaching program for both my workouts and nutrition and I'm so glad I did. Her personalized approach, knowledge, encouragement, and support each week really helped keep me motivated and committed to my goals. My program was challenging but never discouraging, the pace suited my needs perfectly. I didn't feel like I was starving or deprived of fun foods, so my usual cranky cravings or cheat meal binges became more of a thing of the past. As a shy do-it-yourself type of gym-goer, I really appreciated being able to ask her questions about how to best perform exercises and have guidance on meal timing/ macro breakdowns. Anytime I was unsure about something, I knew I could reach out for clarification with a quick email. Even if it was just some advice on how to avoid nighttime snacking, how to handle ordering food out with friends, or working out while traveling, she always had great suggestions to offer. It made it such an enjoyable process to be able to trust in a solid program and have an experienced coach like Dallas. Her weekly check-ins kept me accountable and on track. Dallas has helped me make steady progress towards some lasting and maintainable results. I don't feel guilty indulging here and there, and the program allows my life some much needed flexibility for holidays and travel. I have finished the last 3 months super happy with what I've been able to accomplish and excited to keep working with Dallas for another 12-weeks."
Colleen O - "I originally came to Dallas after having followed her on social media for a while. The thing that made working with her so appealing was her willingness to be open. I had just had knee surgery when I started working with Dallas and she was very understanding of what I could and couldn't do while still urging me to push the bar a little further each week. Dallas is willing to talk you through any situation you need and truly cares about her clients health, both physically and mentally. I had done one other NPC competition before working with her and came into this last one feeling 100% more confident in myself and the whole situation."
Rebekah M - "The Macronutrient Breakdown has been life changing. Literally. I've gone from perpetually tired from too few carbs and a massive Plateau to having energy and gaining some muscle! Even with the holidays, surgery, and the flu I was still able to make progress! Can't wait to see where I'm at in a few more months!!"
Mandie L. - "I have had a few coaches before Dallas. Every single one was a learning experience, but with Dallas it was different. She is extremely motivating and knowledgable. She's also very kind and compassionate. A lot of coaches do not take your feelings into consideration. They also don't explain everything they are doing. Everytime I asked Dallas a question she never acted like I was questioning her coaching skills. She always explained everything to me and why she had me doing what I was doing. I saw a huge difference in my body composition while being coached by Dallas. On a bigger scale, my coach prior to that would take "free meals" away when he felt I didn't have "control." This caused a SERIOUS unhealthy relationship with food and Dallas helped fixed that by showing me there is no "good" and "bad" food. There were no more "free meals" I could fit anything I wanted in. Dallas is REAL. She doesn't sugar coat anything. She shows her struggles too. She's an amazing person and a fantastic coach! I highly recommend her!!"
Brianna R. - "I have always had a problem with binge eating. I would eat healthy and well for a few days and then get so tired of craving I would fall off the deep end and eat junk till I was painfully full. It wasn't until I started working with Dallas that I realized I could eat well and when I did have a craving I could make it work! AND WITHOUT ANY GUILT! Ashlee G. - "With the holidays and so much change in my life I would have never been able to stay on track without you! I have always had such a hard time clean eating and thinking that I had to live off of chicken and broccoli in order to be healthy! Iifym has really changed my view and made life so much easier! I can now figure out what I should be eating for my meals and have a pretty close idea of what I'm actually putting in my body without even tracking! I have a good relationship with food and don't feel guilty if I eat something that is a "cheat" I just make it work. If I can't make it to the gym, I can adjust my macros. I can go to the gym and and do the same workouts for 12 weeks and still feel challenged a and sore!!! I have learned that weight means absolutely nothing. I still fluctuate between 0-5 pounds from what I was when I started... I just don't have the back fat anymore :). Most importantly I have learned the things I can do to change my lifestyle and not just a temporary fix! You have always been so supportive and so motivating, I can't imagine finding a better coach!"
Christy T. - "I worked with Dallas for my second show prep. After competing in my first show I had such a horrible experience that I thought I would never do it again. After my show I felt so deprived that I ate everything in sight and gained 15lbs. I thought that in order to loose fat and get lean I would have to eat nothing but tilapia and asparagus then do hours on end of cardio, but I was wrong. Dallas taught me how to properly cut for a competition, step by step. My macros NEVER got to an unhealthy level, even the week before my show I was still allowing myself a bowl of cereal for my post workout meal. It was refreshing. I felt I could eat "like a normal person" and still reach my goals at the same time. She was always there to answer my questions- and trust me I had plenty! She even sent me a care package and personalized card showing her support telling me how proud she was, it warmed my heart knowing I had someone helping my who TRUELY cared about my wellbeing. Having someone so supportive and helpful by my side made all the difference in my confidence and accountability towards reaching my goal to step back on stage. I was healthy, not starving, not doing hours of cardio, happy, confident, and most importantly proud of myself. Dallas helped me find this balance. She continues to be a true inspiration for my everyday life and I absolutely can not wait to work with her for more show preps in the near future!"
